Fees & Tuition

Payment Information – Ghanaian Students

Payment of fees is integral to the registration process. Students must, at least pay the minimum required, fees before they will be allowed to undertake the Academic registration.

  1. Students must take note of the following when making payments:
  1. Only pay fees at Narh-Bita College APPROVED BANKS (listed below).
  2. All deposits at the bank should be made with a CASH DEPOSIT SLIP.
  3. All deposits at the bank should be made with CASH ONLY.
  4. Ensure the account name is that of Narh-Bita College
  5. Keep Payments by CHEQUE or CASH (NO PERSONAL CHEQUES) can be made at the College Accounts Office ONLY.

 

Student fees can be paid using any of the following mediums: 

  1. At the bank
  2. Online using MTN Mobile Money
  3. Cheques (payable only at Narh-Bita Accounts Office)

Steps for Online Registration

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

  1. You must pay the required minimum fee before you can register. The required minimum for an academic year is 50% of the academic fee, details of which can be found in the schedule for fees.
  1. You will need your Student ID Number and PIN for Online Registration. If you do not have them, please visit the college administration.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Narh-Bita College admits other Nationals with West Africa Examination Certification result from Anglophone country (Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and the Gambia) as the requirements set by regulatory bodies.

On other National, interpretation and verification of results would be sought at the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) and other regulatory bodies before admission.

Foreign students are to present photocopies of their birth certificate

Accommodation

Narh-Bita College has a Hostel facility located at Tema community 11 opposite Flexi space limited.
The hostel is a 25 minute walk and 5 minute drive from the College.
It is spacious and located in a generally safe and quite area conducive for effective studies.
The rooms accommodate a total of 4 or 6 students respectively. They are all neatly fitted with wardrobes and bunk beds.
There is good water supply to the area and however when there are interruptions with national water supply, water is obtained from the 2 poly tanks in the hostel to aid in constant flow of water. Water Bills are not included in student’s fees. These are subsided by management of the College.
Security wise, the area is generally safe and all the hostel students have access to the main gate.
The manager is friendly and visits the site frequently to check on students and their welfare.

There are other private hostel facilities close to campus.
